Cooking Instructions

Cook From Frozen

Air Fry: 200°C 12-15 Minutes

Preheat the air-fryer at 200°C. Place 2-4 portions – evenly spaced – on the air fryer rack and cook for 12-15 minutes, or 16-18 minutes with an air-fryer liner.
Allow 1 minute standing time before serving. Coating should be lightly crisp and golden brown, and fish should be fully cooked.
Note: More portions might require a longer time.

Oven Bake: 220°C 18-20 Minutes

Preheat oven to 220°C. Place portions evenly on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Allow 1 minute standing time before serving. Coating should be lightly crisp and golden brown, and fish should be fully cooked.
