Graduates / Internships:

Sea Harvest offers new graduates – in their final year of study – the opportunity to participate in our 12-month graduate programme aimed at launching their career through valuable on-the-job experience. Consideration is given to those graduates whose field of study falls within the ambit of the industry and depending on available positions.

Cadets:

Due to the current global shortage of maritime skills, Sea Harvest is keen to contribute to building this pool by training and developing navigational and engineering cadets, with the option to employ them within the company once they have successfully completed the 4-year programme.

Learnerships:

Sea Harvest Learnership programmes offer unemployed persons the opportunity of classroom and on-the-job training that ultimately leads to a learnership qualification. Interested candidates must be in possession of a matric certificate and will be assessed before gaining access to this programme.
