Sea Harvest’s Kiddie Finger Sliders 

If your kid has friends over, you can be sure that he or she will ask you to always prepare this delicious fish recipe after just one bite. Indeed, this simple, yet mouth-watering delicious fish snack can serve 6 hungry young ones, and you will only need 15 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes of cooking time. It is easy and fast.

For the tartar sauce you will need: 

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise.
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh dill.
  • 4 large rough cubed dill pickles.

For the rest of the preparation you will need: 

  • 600 grammes of Sea Harvest fish fingers – simply prepare according to the cooking instructions on the packaging.
  • 6 hamburger buns.
  • Lettuce for the buns.
  • 3 tablespoons of butter.
  • Tomato slices for garnish.

How to Prepare the Fish Finger Slider Recipe 

The preparation of Sea Harvest fish recipes is always easy. For the kiddie fish finger sliders, you will prepare the fish fingers in the oven according to the instructions on the packaging. While the fish fingers are cooking, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, and then add the cut buns with the cut sides down. Fry until the buns are brown.

Add a spoonful of tartar to each bun and then top with lettuce and a tomato slice. Season with ground black pepper and salt. Now top it with the fish fingers and give it a bit more seasoning. Place the bun’s other side on top and serve.
